Mmmmmmm so yummy. I work at a bakery and we made these amazing pistachio macaroons in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. Cannot wait to gorge myself on them!!

I'm not a fan of macaroons, but if you want a little hidden treasure of a macaroon place next time you are in NYC check out Macaron Cafe in the Garment District. I found it when I was searching out a sandwich for lunch one day. Most likely the Parisian owner himself will be ringing you up at the counter :)
I keep seeing macaroons everywhere and I've never really seen them before or had them but they look so pretty!
