Black and gold sounds so school colors, doesn’t it? And way cooler than blue and gold might I add but not nearly as exceptional as scarlet and grey.
School spirit aside, the color combo is totally ‘The Golden Girls‘ hottness right now. Top pic, Abbey Lee rocking a black and gold onsie or something for some editorial? Anyone have details? And are those bats? Bottom, Abbey working that popping blazer for Balmain Fall RTW (which is similar to the relatively budget friendly gold Sally Tseng number if you are having a craving).

My school uniform was navy and pink! I loved the Luella Bats, that was a trouser suit if I remember rightly, was a few years ago now!
The bats may be a bit over the top for everyday wear, but for editorial they are fab. I always accessorize with chunky gold belts and jewelry but do not own very much in the gold fabric department. Something to thing about…Love, A
