Cheese is my vice. Three to five cheeses varied in milks – cow, goat, sheep, etc. – add pistachios, fruit, and fig cake and I’m in heaven. Throw in wine and a baguette and it’s euphoria.
I don’t actually own a cheeseboard, hand-me-down dishes have sufficed, but it would be pretty dreamy to both serve and devour a spread on this birdseye maple Herriott Grace plate. Ohhhh the things I long for…
Perhaps this beauty could be the impetus to finally throw that wine and cheese soirée?

oh i love cheese and you basically described my favorite meal. i love snacking while drinking wine. ps: i love fig cake too (i haven’t found too many others who do!) 🙂

OMG I completely agreee. Esp paired w/ baguette, wine, and fruit! I just had myself some laughing cow cheese w/ lunch…loves it! But my fave is a good gouda, pepperjack, or creamy havarti!
