glass bottles

PhotobucketPhotobucket
I've always loved the glass bottles of water 'Joan's on Third' brings to every table - they remind me of sitting in European cafe's for hours on end without a care in the world. After eating brunch there a few weeks back I decided that I needed to find similar bottles for my kitchen and after a short search found them at Crate & Barrel for $3.95/each. I picked up four and thoroughly enjoy keeping bottles of sparkling (made with my SodaStream which I'm also obsessed with) and flat in the fridge at all times. They're always well received when I have friends over and I'm pretty certain I haven't been this hydrated...ever.

p.s. in the kitchen above they used take out menu pages for the backsplash. pretty amazing.

We've got one from Ikea and I just love it. Aside from how beautiful it looks, it's so convenient. I know this makes me sound like the laziest person in the world, but I can't imagine having to get up and go to the kitchen every time I want a glass of water. Yeah, I drink a lot of water.
