In the heart of Times Square, synchronized on over 15 digital billboards, is a dazzling display of love. For the month of February, contemporary Britsh artist Tracey Emin will be showcasing her neon love notes as part of the public program 'Midnight Moment.' Six handwritten love messages are animated in Emin's exhibition titled "I Promise to Love You" which can be viewed every night this month from 11:57 PM to midnight.
Pretty darn lovely, ay?
