Thank you for the recipe!!! I have a lot of friends from Spain and they always make the Gazpacho for summer. I will try to do the Gazpacho this weekend, hopefully i can impress my friends.

I love that this isn't a blended version! Much less daunting and messy!

Lovely Gazpacho, here in Spain it's a Summer basic, couldn't live without it!. You should try Salmorejo, also a Summer soup but different, super delicious too!. .

Hi!! I'm Spanish and this is a basic food in summer for me…every week I eat it and here we do love it ;) Only a tip of advice: you don´t need so many ingredients, just tomato, cucumber, some garlic, onion, pepper, olive oil and vinegar, a few time in refrigerator and that´s it!!! As we say here: Rico, rico!

It looks delicious! This remind me of a movie directed by Pedro Almodovar called "Mujeres al borde de un ataque de nervios" you should watch it and let me know what do you think! I'm sure you can find it with english subtitles.

Much love, enjoy the heat, and the movie!!

I've never been a big fan of gazpacho (I blame a couple failed recipe attempts on behalf of my mother) but this is making me want to try it out!

Also a couple of us have teamed up for an "Anti-Cooking" series and this fits right in!!

Tomato with vegetables, this is not gazpacho.
