How To Make Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo Pico de Gallo Jalapeno
Unless you don’t like tomatoes, Pico de Gallo is always a good idea. Here’s my favorite recipe ideal for chips, tacos or whatever your heart desires.

Recipe: Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1-3 jalapeรฑos, seeded & finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour
3. Serve on your favorite tacos!

I am always intimidated by all the chopping involved in pico de gallo, but yours turned out perfect! My knife skills are simply not up to par. I’m still trying to figure out if there is a way to do it in my food processor, lol!
