Popsicles that are almost too pretty to eat! These sweet floral beauties are perfect for a spring day. Because why shouldn’t you add liqueur and edible flowers to your ice pops?!
Recipe: St. Germain Edible Flower Ice Pops
– Edible flowers
– Elderflower liqueur (or elderflower cordial)
1. Mix 3 cups of filtered water with 5 oz of elderflower liqueur.
2. Add a drizzle of agave.
3. Mix, then pour into popsicle molds.
4. Mix in 3-4 edible flowers, depending on size, and make sure to push some of them down to the bottom of the mold.
