  1. Could I make a batch and keep in the fridge? How many days would it last or do I have to make it fresh daily?

  2. I tried it & it is fabulous! I went to Whole Foods this morning to try theirs……they put a ton of cayenne. Does anyone know the amount of ginger and cayenne it takes to get full nutrient benefits?
