Best of LIVE WELL This Year


Hopefully you were able to catch on, but every Monday in 2018 was a time that we shared a way to LIVE WELL. It was a series that picked up after 2017’s Wellness Challenges, which everyone seemed to love, but the LIVE WELL series was created to be less intimidating. Some weeks were a super simple tip and some were more intensive, and each was designed to improve your life in some capacity. We’ll be closing out the series for something fresh in 2019 and can’t wait to share more. Until then, here are 16 LIVE WELL’s that you guys seemed to vibe with most.

  1. There were quite a few and this is one of my favourite posts of the blog, but maybe… plan outfits in advance (also using this one for the baby), don’t respond and clean wines (really only after this post did I started thinking about it).
