Nathalie Benezet is a chic little French chef who bops around her charming Parisian Macaron shop in a bold red lip whipping up delicious treats. She is also the author of a brand new cookbook: Le Petit Paris (<–so cute, right?).
On Nathalie’s last trip to the states I got to hang with her, eat with her and chat recipes. She suggested that her “Melting Chocolate Cake” would make for a perfect LEAF video so we tested it out and let’s just say it was a “When Harry Met Sally Moment.” Dense, light, fluffy and rich – her cake is simple perfection.
