This is such a great smoothie for a refreshing summer pick-me-up. It has green benefits from the spinach and sweetness from all of our favorite summer fruits. The water in the watermelon acts as the liquid so there is no need for additional milk or water. Here’s how you do it:
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup strawberries, cut in half
1 peach, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup watermelon, cubed
Instructions:
1. Pulse all ingredients until thoroughly combined to your preferred consistency
2. ENJOY!
