Recipe: Oven Baked French Fries
Ingredients:
3-4 russet potatoes
Coarse salt
Paprika (or your favorite spice)
2 tbsp canola oil
Instructions:
1. Wash & pat dry potatoes, then peel
2. Cut into 1/4″ thick matchsticks
3. Drizzle canola oil & paprika, toss
4. Bake at 450 for 35 minutes, until golden brown
5. Sprinkle coarse salt & ENJOY!

i have done sweet potatoes with salt and paprika roasted in olive oil. They have been one of my favorites for a long time. I cook them at 375 until start to brown a little. I also like russets with olive oil, minced garlic, and salt. ?
