One of my favorite parts of the holidays is gifting. Whether that’s via volunteer work or picking out a personal present for my husband or a friend, I enjoy making someone feel special. I’ve always respected people who can pick out thoughtful gifts that match a person’s taste and interests, and I appreciate it even more when that gift is unique. It doesn’t have to be something they spent hundreds of dollars on; it’s much more meaningful to me when it’s a thoughtful and fresh idea.
As I started to make my gift list this year, I knew I wanted to treat friends and family members (who already have it all) to something I personally love and that would match their lifestyle. Enter, chocolate— specifically, GREEN & BLACK’S new line of Pure Dark & Pure Milk Chocolate. Because who doesn’t love chocolate?
This chocolate in particular is one that I obsess over during the holidays. Someday’s I have an afternoon treat of a serving of G&B chocolate or have after dinner which complements a nice glass of red wine after a busy day. It’s a quality treat that feels special. I’m especially into the Pure Milk Chocolate with Salted Caramel and the Pure Dark Chocolate (which is 70% cacao…yum!).
I’m personally a huge food fan, and over the years I’ve been on a mission to swap out less-quality food items for brands like GREEN & BLACK’S that contain no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives Their chocolate is expertly crafted with hand-selected, ethically sourced cocoa beans and the finest ingredients from around the world. A lot of my friends and family have similar views about food, so I love the idea of treating them to a brand that has the same values.
The Green in the company’s name actually symbolizes a commitment to always sourcing ethical cocoa. The Black stands for high quality and the delicious intensity of the chocolate —a mix I’m 100% down with gifting. And can we talk about the styling of the packaging? So chic, right? This is the perfect gift for people who are into quality ingredients and enjoy something aesthetically pleasing. And I don’t even have to wrap it since it’s so pretty on its own. Win, win. I highly suggest gifting the gift of chocolate this holiday season!

Can never go wrong with this gift but I prefer to give booze. Isn’t that what people really want anyway?
