Spring break is in full swing which hopefully means sun, water and bathing suits for some of you! In honor of the highly traveled time I thought it would be beneficial to share a DIY nourishing body scrub to freshen up dry winter skin. Consider it a body facial. Here’s how to make it:
DIY Nourishing Body Scrub
Grab:
1/2 cup sugar (the finer the grit the better)
1/2 cup sugar (the finer the grit the better)
1/2 cup Himalayan salt
½ blood orange (if you can’t find them a grapefruit is great too!)
4 drops grapefruit essential oil
5 tablespoons almond oil (I love this one)

Make:
Combine all ingredients, mix, scrub, GLOW!

That seems like a great scrub and it must smell amazing as well. Why the grapefruit though? What are the benefits?

This sounds great, but I might omit the citrus because it sounds a bit irritating and I have sensitive skin.
