Years ago my grandma gave me knitting lessons and it was one of the best gifts I've ever received.
With the economy in the toilet and the holidays right around the corner, I thought it was the perfect time to pass on what she taught me and debut the original gift DIY: a warm and cozy scarf.
So go grab some needles and your favorite ball of yarn, watch our newest LEAF video...and get your knit on!

Thanks so much for this tutorial! I learned how to knit last year in a basic art class, but since then I've forgotten. This DIY was so simple to follow, and since it's nearly Fall I will be needing some cute, warm scarves :) Thanks again!

Great video and super inspiration, thank you for sharing! I love your blog :)
Thought I'd give you a tip on a great knitting pattern from a girl named Nikki Gabriel: She's made a series of unique knitting patterns that are designed to be made in stages by simple shapes. I'm knitting my own cardigan now, by just knitting squares! Hope you like it! xx

this fabulous and a great DIY Tutorial, for sure! will need to start knitting again1 xoxo
Love this video.
Can you please share the size of your knitting needles and the type of yarn you used?
What kind of knitting is it? Because i have never seen it that way. When i knit i normally only use my hands to hold the pens, or whatever it is called in english, and not to move the thread/yarn.
