“Stella McCartney’s show began with a fake recording of Tiger Woods’ alleged call to his mistress, the one in which he asks her to remove her name from her voicemail because his wife has found her number on his phone. Things ended, as usual, with a Beatles song; this season it was “Mother Nature’s Son.” They made for perplexing, if thought-provoking, bookends to a collection of daywear that for the most part looked tailor-made not for celebrity groupies but for the smart, powerful businesswoman. It was clean, polished, and chic—three buzzwords of the season.” – Style.com

Hm, really simple.
I think what bothers me the most are the model’s feet.

Gorgeous- great little info about her music too.
The tailored grey trousers are very nice, I wish I could get my hands on a pair like that.

I think it looks very basic, because of that i like it! Also because of the mesh top.

I absolutely adored this collection. I loved loved loved the beautiful simple-chic coats with the notch detail..
Once again tailored perfectly! I would wear all of it, especially the striped top!
xx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautifully tailored, yes. But so boring! Where’s the fun? Even professional business women don’t feel like looking like clones of each other. Creativity is lacking.
it’s an amazing collection! Very clean, great silouette!
simple and chic! love it.
I absolutely adore that striped black and gold top. It looks gorgeous with those pointy pumps, too.
i love the 1st and 2nd outfits! so simple, yet so elegant
On the one hand, I can see that these pieces are beautifully done. On the other hand, I feel like this style has always been available at…I don’t know…Kmart or the missy departments of less-interesting department stores. I mean, they’re basics that don’t have a particular twist to them…
These past few years have been ridiculously awesome when it comes to Stella McCartney’s designs! I am in LOVE.
Stella did an amazing job with the minimalist trend in this show. Everything was so classic and clean. Maybe it did lean a bit towards boring, but let’s be honest, Stella’s shows always tend to be this way. We can appreciate her line for sophisticated cuts, simple styles and tailored pieces. She is never going to have a crazy out of the box show, it just isn’t her. We can count on other designers for that.
