How To Set Up The Ultimate Ice Cream Bar:
1. Arrange an eclectic mix of plates and bowls.
2. Fill bowls with your favorite toppings: cookies, sprinkles, berries, nuts, chocolate & toasted coconut.
3. Just before serving, scoop ice cream into large bowls.
4. ENJOY!

We had a self serve gelato ice cream bar at our wedding for 70 guests.
The ice cream/gelato was in catering packs, so it didn’t melt too quickly on the summer evening & then I collected vintage jugs & bowls from Op Shops (thrift shops) for mini marshmallows, sprinkles, toasted coconut, wafers, diced fruit, home made caramel, chocolate & raspberry sauces.
We had disposable cups in cherry red & cornflower blue(our theme colours) as well as waffle cones.
It was definitely one of the highlights of the evening, guests were talking about it for months.
