I’ve always considered myself someone who eats healthy but through this bridezilla process I’ve learned that it’s not just about eating healthy, it’s about eating food that makes YOU feel good. For everyone this is different. Some people need meat, some people can’t stomach dairy and some people need TUMS after drinking orange juice.

One thing that we know for sure is that a lot of foods cause bloating in everyone.
