Closets are a private, intimate space in which all of your beautiful belongings live. Because most of us are making outfit choices in our closets, I believe that it’s important to feel creatively inspired while spending time in there. For me this means keeping my closet well organized and well edited and complete with special details. I like bringing in personality driven elements that aren’t wardrobe related such as fresh flowers, a favorite perfume, delicate little tchotchke’s and the crème de la crème: wallpaper.
Farrow & Ball recently challenged a handful of bloggers to wallpaper the back of our own wardrobes with their stunning papers and this is the result of mine! I chose a print from their spring 2015 wallpaper collection which is inspired by nineteenth and twentieth century French fashion and it’s perfectly neutral and textured at the same time.
In addition, I’m giving away wallpaper to one lucky winner to decorate your own closet with. All F&B wallpapers are unique, created using their own paints traditionally trough or block printed onto ground papers to give them an extraordinary texture and appearance. They’re truly the best!
Here’s how to enter:
Post a picture via twitter/Instagram/facebook of your current wardrobe using the hashtag #stylemywardrobe, tagging both me, @gerihirsch and @farrowandball.
Easy enough? Good luck!

Lovely!
I love the subtlety of the wallpaper. Up close it’s so detailed & from afar it looks more muted.
