Evening Detox Green Smoothie

Wishing everyone a happy and healthy new year! To kick things off to a healthy start, here’s an evening smoothie recipe that I absolutely love. The ingredients make for the ultimate detox formula. Loaded with fiber, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and diuretics, one glass of this before bed has been known to speed up metabolism and rid excess fat while you sleep. It has zero sugar, which helps you sleep, and feel great when you wake up!

Here’s how it’s done:

Ingredients:
1 cucumber, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp aloe vera juice
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 handful of parsley

Instructions:
1. Blend & ENJOY!
