The Ultimate Hydration Shot

It’s really hard to stay hydrated throughout the day (especially at Coachella!) – with this tonic, you get about 3x more hydration than a single glass of water. Coconut water is full of electrolytes (which helps you beat sluggishness throughout the day) and aloe vera is wonderful addition to anyone’s diet due to it’s capability to aid in digestion, heart burn, and blood sugar regulation.

It’s optimal to take this shot every morning for a hydrating, healthy start to the day. Here’s how to make it (you can also watch my video recipe here):

1/4 cup aloe vera juice
1 cup coconut water
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp honey

  1. I love it! Recently I’ve been feeling not so well and I discovered that the cause has been dehydration. It’s really easy to get out of the habit of drinking water; for me I have to remind myself all the time. I’ll try out this shot, because getting 3x more hydration sounds amazing to me!
