Rosehip oil is one of my favorite beauty oils and for good reason. Known as “nature’s anti-aging miracle,” it’s full of vitamins (vitamin E, vitamin C and B-carotene, a form of vitamin A), antioxidants and essential fatty acids (omega 3, 6 and 9).
The secret youth sauce, which is harvested from the seeds of rose bushes (usually from the Rosa moschata or Rosa rubiginosa species), is said to correct dark circles, even skin tone, heal sun damage, smooth wrinkles and spots, quench dry skin and reduce scars and fine lines.
In addition to applying the oil to your face and body, it makes for an excellent addition to an epsom salt bath. After a twenty minute soak in this concoction, your body will be left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, refreshed and recharged! Here’s how to make it:
DIY Rosehip Oil Bath Soak
Grab:
1½ cups epsom salt
½ cup Himalayan pink salt
15-20 drops of rosehip oil (I love this 100% organic rosehip oil)
Make:
1. Combine ingredients and stir well.
2. Use 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of rosehip bath soak per bath. ENJOY!

Love this! I actively use rosehip oil in my daily skincare routine, so adding it to a bath once in a while seems wildly appropriate.
