Inspired by my favorite ‘Green & Glowing’ smoothie at Whole Foods, this glass of goodness not only tastes like a tropical vacation, but it’s packed with antioxidants which will leave your skin glowing as though you actually were on vacation!
Here’s how to make it:
Recipe: Green & Glowing Smoothie
Grab:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
Handful of frozen mango
Handful of frozen pineapple
3/4 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 tsp bee pollen
Make:
Toss all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy the glow!

Looks really really good but too many ingredients for me. Unfortunately I´d never make something that complicated.

i promise it’s delish! you could take out the superfoods (bee pollen, hemp, etc.) to make it more manageable. They’re just really great additions for various health boosts.
Looks great!

Can’t wait to give this a try!
This sounds incredible! Great photos. I recently came out with my first food/drink post about smoothie bowls, including my own twist on the green smoothie! Check it out 🙂

I’m definitely going to try this. Sounds delicious. I recently discovered kale and I’ve been blending it with just juice. This smoothie sounds amazing. ?
