My Favorite New Additions to My Skincare Routine

A few weeks back, I polled everyone on Instagram about what their favorite beauty item from Whole Foods Market are. You guys SERIOUSLY deliver and apparently I’m not the only one doing my beauty shopping from the store! So, I thought it’d be fun to create a little routine based on some of your favorites, just in time for warmer weather and this dry, tired skin I’ve been dealing with lately.

BTW, if you’re craving a new routine or need some fresh beauty, don’t forget about the sale Whole Food Market is having on ALL beauty products from March 27 – April 2. They’re hosting their annual Beauty Week Sale and are offering 25% off ALL beauty products including facial care, cosmetics, hair care, and more! One reason I shop at Whole Foods Market for beauty product is for their strict clean beauty standards where they have banned 100+ ingredients like parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde donors, microbeads and EDTA. They also don’t sell any beauty products that have been tested on animals, either, sooooo what are you waiting for?

K let’s get into the new additions to my routine …

Morning:

Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum – This has won all types of awards, and I fell in love with it instantly. I apply this blend of Konjac Root, Ferulic & Hyaluronic Acid to my bare face in the morning after splashing it with warm water or showering.

Dr. Hauschka Rose Cream – So many DMs about this product and it’s a favorite for everyone -5-star reviews over and over online. I’ve been using this as daily moisture, and it’s incredibly gentle, all while reducing the size of pores and calming the face. Yes plz!

ACURE Radically Rejuvenating Under Eye Hydrogel Mask* – My daughter isn’t sleeping through the night yet, so on most mornings, my under-eye area could use significant love. Enter these masks! I’m always game for a new eye mask, and these are great! Especially because they are free from parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, petrolatum, and silicones. Then I ice roller for extra help!

Evening:

Juice Beauty Cleansing Milk -I usually only wash my face 1x a day, in the evening, and this has been my go-to as of late after your suggestions. So far so good and my face never feels tight or stripped after.

Acure’s Brightening Facial Scrub* – For a mama needing all the brightening she can get, I was happy to add this multi-tasker to my schedule a couple of times a week -usually when I don’t have heavy eye makeup on. Not only is it brightening, but it’s exfoliating. Plus, it’s under $10.

Mychelle Hyloronic Acid -I live for an excellent hyaluronic, and you guys said you live for this one. It’s affordable and everything I want in a hyaluronic, personally. A blend of hyaluronic acid, sodium PCA, Squalene, phospholipids, and organic rosehip oil, it boosts moisture levels, conditions and soothes skin. I never skip this before bed.
