If you’re looking to build stronger abs and arms, I have one very effective tip for you: nightly push-ups and sit-ups.
Before bed, alternate sets of push-ups and sit-ups for a total of three sets. I do 50 sit-ups and 20 push-ups per set but if you’re just starting out, try 15 sit-ups and 8 push-ups then work your way up to longer sets. And if you’re feeling really ambitious, add this to your morning routine too for even better results.
When it comes to toning up, abs and arms are the hardest areas for me but I promise you this works. I’m at my strongest when I work out regularly and keep up my nightly push-ups/sit-ups plus, it’s not a big commitment but the result are STRONG!
