2016 is the year of mental health and relaxation so why not indulge in an aromatherapy eye mask? Made with ingredients you probably already have (ahem… rice, essential oil, and a sock), the scented eye mask is both relaxing and rejuvenating.
Here’s how to make it:
2 cups of rice
10-20 drops essential oil of your choice (we chose eucalyptus)
1 10″ tube sock
1. Combine rice with essential oil in a small bowl
2. Spread evenly on a sheet pan and bake evenly for 15 mins at 350 degrees F
3. Fill the tube sock with infused rice
