I know, I know, aren’t these pictures dramatic?! Not to worry, the post won’t be.
In all honesty, when I’m feeling indecisive about what to wear, throwing on a monochrome base—like black, which I did here—of mixed textures and then funky accessories is my go-to. It’s simple and starting with one color takes the worry out of building an entire outfit from scratch. Even if that means trying to get away with a mini black leather skirt and serious choker during the day…
Wearing: ZARA skirt (similar here or here), Theory Flax Linen ‘jiliya’ Belted Longline Vest, Everlane Cashmere Crew Sweater, vintage neck

Black on black is always a good idea and you have a plus since you added some color to the outfit. Looks great:)
