Smoothie season is back and it feels soooo good! Who else is excited?!
I’ve been blending up new variations just about every day and this is one that I keep craving. Between the hydration of the coconut water, sugar spike from the fruit and power in the superfoods, it’s wildly energizing! Here’s how to make it:
Recipe: Strawberry & Mango Coconut Water Smoothie
Grab:
2 cups coconut water
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
Small handful of spinach
1 tbsp flax seed1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp collagen powder
Make:
1. Add all ingredients to blender except for collagen. Blend until smoothie.
2. Pour into glass and add collagen. Stir until combined.
Enjoy!

This recipe is THE perfect one as I have quite a few strawberries in the fridge… a bit too much. Went wild at the supermarket for nearly overripe ones!

This looks incredible. I can just taste it now. As a cheeky thought, this could also make a fantastic cocktail! I’m obsessed with strawberries, so glad it’s coming back in season.
