Sun’s out, buns out! Bathing suit season is officially here which means it’s time for a little TLC alllll over our bodies. Believe it or not, a coffee body scrub is one of the best things you can do before throwing on that itsy bitsy teenie weenie bikini. The caffeine helps stimulate circulation, fights cellulite, draws out excess moisture, firms, smooths, and tightens skin.
There are lots of variations on coffee body scrubs; some like to add coconut oil, cinnamon, coconut sugar, etc., but I keep it simple with this easy combo. Here’s how to do it:
DIY Coffee Body Scrub
1/2 cup regular ground coffee
1/4 cup Epsom salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a jar then scrub away in the shower.
Beware: It’s really messy!
