We all want to look good while we feel good, especially if we’re trotting around in a bathing suit. (#Amirite?) When planning a beach day, the question always comes up: “What should we eat?”
We teamed up with surfer babe and Mint Clothing Company founder, Jessica, to give you 3 healthy beach snack that are great for the occasion (plus one of our own, watermelon salsa, duh!). Each of these snacks are easy to make, and more importantly, easy to throw in containers for your trip to the beach. They’re filling enough to keep you satisfied without feeling stuffed and bloated. Introducing: Superfood Date Balls, Chopped Veggie Stuffed Avocados, and Ants On A Log.
Click the links below and watch the videos to see how each simple snack is made:

I prefer to stick to fruit salad, protein (seafood etc) and coconut water while on the beach, light, energetic, nourishing and hydrating, if needed I’ll get some carbs.. normally with some seafood like rice or beans, worst case I’ll eat a sandwich but I rather avoid that
