Having a balanced breakfast is so important! It can make or break your day which is why having quick, easy and healthy breakfast recipes up your sleeve is a game changer. Here are three extremely simple and nutritious breakfasts for stamina & energy all day long:
1. Avocado Baked Eggs
Avocado baked eggs are trending in Pinterest land, for good reason… You’re getting the best of both worlds. Healthy fats, protein and carbs = the best post-workout breakfast.
2. Pumped Up Almond Butter Toast
You’re getting fiber from the whole wheat toast and protein from the almond butter, bee pollen and hemp seeds. Bee pollen and hemp seeds are major super foods that help keep you full and gives you loads of energy.
3. Energizing Maca Oatmeal
This easy recipe is packed with super foods and will keep you full for at least 5 hours, we promise. The maca will give you a boost of energy while the moistened goji berries add great texture and sweetness to the oats. It’s the perfect meal to compliment a sweaty workout!

Oooo I’ll have to try one of these!! I definitely need more energy in the morning!!!
Toots & Dill
One of my favorite one-pan breakfasts is a toad in the hole. I cut out the center of a piece of bread and fry an egg inside it. Griddle toast is delicious and offers just enough carbs to help start your day. You can add mushrooms, peppers or whatever vegetables to the pan. I also like to sprinkle a bit of cheese on the top after I’ve flipped the bread and egg over.
Thank you for these helpful breakfast tips 🙂
Can’t wait to try the oatmeal soon! It looks absolutely delicious! I love mixing and matching different items with my oatmeal! Makes it so much fun everyday <3
