​Strawberry & Mango Coconut Water Smoothie


Smoothie season is back and it feels soooo good! Who else is excited?!

I’ve been blending up new variations just about every day and this is one that I keep craving. Between the hydration of the coconut water, sugar spike from the fruit and power in the superfoods, it’s wildly energizing! Here’s how to make it:

Recipe: ​Strawberry & Mango Coconut Water Smoothie

Grab:
2 cups coconut water
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
Small handful of spinach
1 tbsp flax seed1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp collagen powder

Make:
1. Add all ingredients to blender except for collagen. Blend until smoothie.

2. Pour into glass and add collagen. Stir until combined.

  1. This looks incredible. I can just taste it now. As a cheeky thought, this could also make a fantastic cocktail! I’m obsessed with strawberries, so glad it’s coming back in season.
