The 15-Minute Workout Everyone Is Talking About

15-Minute Workout
Sometimes we just don’t have time to get a good workout in. One full-body sculpting routine that everyone is talking about is the “30-1” method. The best part? The high-intensity workout takes just 15 minutes, and you can do it pretty much anywhere, anytime.

Designed by Biggest Loser trainer, Dolvett Quince, the idea of the 30-1 routine is simple: Do 30 reps of five key workouts, with one minute to rest in between. “The purpose of the 30 rep, one-minute recovery routine is to build strength [and] define muscles like your chest, legs, butt and core,” Quince says.

As for results? “Doing this routine two times a week, you’ll see results in three weeks and feel stronger, and look more toned!” Quince says.

  1. Oh I haven’t heard of this workout, and I’m so glad you shared it! 🙂 I always keep a list of workouts in the back of my mind, so just in case I’m crunched for time or whatnot, I’d still be able to get some exercise in. These are all such simple movements, but the reps are what’ll make difficult and intense! Really excited to try this! Thank you so much for sharing!

  2. OOO I’m all about this training method! I love doing 5 minutes high intensity stairs and then a plan similar to the one mentioned. Works wonders!

  3. Sometimes the most simple workouts are the best.
I’m often stranded thinking about what exercise I will be doing next. And then after a couple reps I have to come up with another one. The high reps is definitely great and makes up for an effective and fast workout!

    Thank you!!
