Here’s how to make your own ginger shots:

Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Blend. Strain. Sip or shoot.

Benefits:
Ginger is a natural antibiotic that stimulates the digestive system, warms up your body, and helps break up mucus in the lungs, as well as soothe even the most painful sore throats. The lemon gives a nice dose of f vitamin C which boosts your immune system and detoxifies the body. And lastly, the cayenne helps treat fevers, nausea, and digestive issues.

  1. Could I make a batch and keep in the fridge? How many days would it last or do I have to make it fresh daily?

  2. I tried it & it is fabulous! I went to Whole Foods this morning to try theirs……they put a ton of cayenne. Does anyone know the amount of ginger and cayenne it takes to get full nutrient benefits?
