BBG looks like an incredible workout and the results speak for themselves, but somehow, it has never made its way onto my screen. Three others have, however, and they’re REALLLLY good. Here are three online workouts that I personally subscribe to:
OBE:
28-minute workouts. Enough said?! And they’re really really good. Plus they have daily lives and a robust pre-natal section.
Amanda Kloots:
Amanda has infectious, energizing energy. Perhaps it’s the Rockette in her (yes, she was a real-life Rockette). And her workouts are so much fun! She’s known for her dance cardio and jump-rope workouts but I’ve recently been doing her pre-natal stuff (she just had a baby herself) and I love it. I trust her workouts with my own growing bump.
Lekfit:
Seems like every celebrity in LA goes to this class which makes it VERY hard to get into (albeit soon they’re opening a big studio with a bigger offering). Lucky for those that can’t seem to get a spot, she has online classes and they’re worth signing up for.
What online workouts do you like? Should I give BBG a go post-bebe? Who else loves it?

I did BBG for a bit, but I didn’t love the way my body was looking. I really wanted to keep my curves. I also don’t like the idea of being in pain all. the. time hahah

Big BBG fan right here. It got me into really good shape and it’s easy to keep up with.
